Our official policy is stated below, however, each representative has the ability to approve RMA requests, on a case by case basis, which may fall outside of this policy. You may return defective product for replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase for used/refurbished equipment. All New Retail equipment will carry a 90-day warranty. Subject to RetroHardware, Inc. reasonable approval and the conditions of your particular transaction, you may return up to 2% of non-defective product for full credit within thirty (30) days of purchase. Other returns are handled on a case by case basis and, if allowed, are for full price less a restocking fee or current market value, whichever is less, as approved by RetroHardware's Sales Manager. All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number, which is valid for ten (10) days after the date of issuance.
